These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aira Style mobile application and related services ("Aira", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Aira, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Aira.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aira. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use Aira. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we will terminate it and delete associated data.
Aira is an AI-powered personal styling and shopping app. Aira analyzes your profile, body type, color season, wardrobe, and preferences to recommend outfits, color palettes, and shopping options. Aira may use third-party AI providers (currently Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to process your inputs.
You agree NOT to:
You retain ownership of photos and information you upload (your "Content"). You grant Aira a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to process your Content solely to provide the styling service to you. We do not use your Content to train AI models or share it with anyone for marketing.
Aira's outfit recommendations, color advice, body-type analysis, and shopping suggestions are generated by AI and provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose. Use your own judgment before purchasing or wearing anything Aira suggests. Aira is a styling tool, not professional medical, dietary, fitness, or financial advice.
Aira links to third-party retailers (Myntra, Ajio, ASOS, etc.) for shopping. We are not responsible for the products, services, prices, availability, return policies, or content on third-party sites. Any purchase you make is solely between you and the retailer.
Aira is currently free for all signed-in users. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future, with notice. If you are charged for a future paid tier, that will be governed by additional payment terms presented at the point of subscription.
We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee that Aira will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in your region. We may suspend or modify the service at any time, including via the in-app maintenance message.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that continued service poses a risk. You may terminate by deleting your account at any time.
AIRA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AIRA WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR BE ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIRA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF AIRA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (b) ₹1,000 (or local equivalent).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aira from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of Aira, your Content, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Aira will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
